Protect Our Schools

Dave Dobos knows that we always must protect our children. In the legislature, he will fight for increased funding so that our schools have additional security and mental health services for our kids. 

Build a Better Ohio

Dave Dobos knows that families work hard for their money. That is why he will support additional tax cuts for hardworking Ohioans. The people of our state want better economic security, especially in these uncertain and inflationary times.  Dave will work with state and regional partners to fight for good-paying jobs for our district, stronger infrastructure, and limited regulations.  He will help us grow the economic pie, allowing our families to share in the prosperity such growth will bring. 

A Columbus native, Dave Dobos has been fighting for the things we care about his entire life. Dave used his education and training to start a small business. His company has helped prepare thousands of Ohio students for a bright future, and now he wants to take his experience to the Ohio House.   

Active in his community, Dave has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including being elected twice to the Columbus City School Board. During his time there, he helped create innovative policies and budgets that resulted in increased graduation rates and test scores, ending forced busing with student school assignment based on access and choice, and eliminating many central office bureaucrats.
